Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how ClipAd, operated by Polsia, uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and dashboards, and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

This is a template for an early-stage product and not legal advice.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences over time, keep you signed in, and help us understand how the service is used. We also use closely related technologies such as local storage and tracking pixels, which we refer to collectively as "cookies" in this policy.

2. Types of cookies we use

We group the cookies we set into three categories:

  • Essential cookies — required for the platform to work. They keep you signed in to your creator or brand session, secure forms against cross-site request forgery, and remember the basics of your session. These cannot be switched off without breaking core functionality.
  • Analytics cookies — help us understand which pages and features are used, so we can improve the product. This data is aggregated and used to measure performance, not to identify you personally.
  • Preference cookies — remember choices you make, such as interface settings or a region, so the experience is consistent across visits.

3. The analytics pixel

We use a lightweight, privacy-conscious analytics pixel to count page views and basic interactions. It helps us see, in aggregate, how creators and brands move through the marketplace — for example, which steps of the upload or campaign flow need to be clearer. The pixel does not build advertising profiles about you and is described further in our Privacy Policy.

4. Managing cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you block cookies or alert you when one is set. Please note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in and using core features. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent to non-essential cookies and let you change that choice at any time.

5. Third-party cookies

Some cookies may be set by the third-party services we rely on to operate ClipAd, such as our hosting, analytics, and payment providers. These providers process data under their own policies and our agreements with them. We keep the number of third parties to a minimum and choose partners that align with our privacy commitments.

6. Changes and contact

We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies evolves, and we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If you have questions about how we use cookies, please get in touch through our contact page.
