The moment it's live

Every publish feeds straight into Measure

The instant a clip goes live — auto-published or manually recorded — the placement flips to confirmed and starts pulling real view counts. No separate step, no re-entering the link twice.

  • Publish status shows on your dashboard in real time
  • A failed upload surfaces immediately, with a clear reason
  • Confirmed placements move straight on to payout eligibility

Publish FAQ

Straight answers

Which platforms can I connect?
YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, for now. YouTube supports full one-click auto-publish today; the others connect for tracking, with auto-publish rolling out platform by platform.
Do I have to let ClipAd post on my behalf?
No. You can always post it yourself from your own account and paste the link back into ClipAd — the placement is verified and tracked either way.
How does ClipAd know a pasted link is really mine?
It checks the post against your connected account before counting it. A link from someone else's channel is never accepted.
What happens if an auto-publish upload fails?
You'll see the failure and the reason on your dashboard immediately, and you can retry or fall back to posting it yourself.
Can I publish the same clip to more than one platform?
Not as one placement — each placement is tied to the single channel a brand's campaign calls for. If you want the same clip live on two platforms, publish it as two separate placements, one per channel.
Does publishing affect when I get paid?
Yes — a placement only becomes payout-eligible once it's confirmed live, whether that's automatic or via a verified link.
