Every match on ClipAd runs on the same foundation: vetted creators, approval controls, verified placements, and money that stays protected until the work is live. Here is how we keep both sides confident.
Trust is not a feature we bolt on — it is the product. These are the systems working behind every campaign and payout.
Creators are reviewed before they can monetize. We verify identity, check audience authenticity, and confirm profiles are real — so brands collaborate with genuine creators, not bots.
Creators approve exactly which segments may carry advertising and can decline any brand campaign or placement. Brands set the categories and contexts they appear in. Nothing runs without both sides agreeing.
Every placement is confirmed live and surfaced on your dashboard. Both creators and brands see the same flat-fee deal, so the price paid and earned is never a mystery. Detailed view-based analytics are coming soon.
Brand budgets are held in escrow and released as placements go live and are verified. Creators know the money is there; brands only pay the agreed flat fee for work that actually runs.
We classify content for suitability and review reports against our Content & Community Policy. Prohibited material is removed, and repeat offenders lose access.
Today we run basic checks to confirm placements are genuine and accounts are real before money moves. Advanced fraud detection and invalid-traffic filtering at scale are coming soon.
Anyone on ClipAd can report content, conduct, or a campaign that looks wrong. Reports go to our review team, who assess them against our Content & Community Policy and the law in Ghana, where we operate today. Depending on what we find, we may remove content, restrict advertising, issue a strike, or suspend an account. Serious violations — illegal content, fraud, or harm — can lead to immediate removal and permanent suspension. We log enforcement decisions so they stay consistent and reviewable, and we let affected users appeal.
Some content is never allowed on the platform, including material that infringes others' rights, sexual content involving minors, hate speech, incitement to violence, dangerous or illegal acts, and fraud or deceptive claims. The full list, along with our ad-suitability standards, lives in our Content & Community Policy. Keeping this line clear is what makes the marketplace safe for brands to advertise in and fair for creators to build on.
When a creator and a brand disagree — about a placement, a deliverable, or a charge — escrow gives us room to resolve it fairly. Funds stay protected while we review the facts, the placement record, and the agreed flat-fee terms. We then release, credit, or refund as warranted. Either side can open a dispute from their dashboard or through our contact page, and our goal is always a quick, evidence-based resolution that protects the relationship between the two sides.
Report a problem, ask a question, or learn more about how the marketplace works. Our team is here for both creators and brands.
