Pick a layout and set up your brand

Pick a layout

1. In the room, open the layout options.
2. Choose one:
   • Single
   • Grid
   • Side by side
   • Spotlight
   • Stack
   • Picture in picture
   • Speaker and inset
3. You can pin one person to the big spot. Or turn on Follow speaker, so the layout follows who talks.
4. You can also choose to fill or fit each video, change spacing, turn names on or off, and turn rounded corners on or off.

Important: the layout you see is the layout that is recorded. When you change it during a recording, the final video changes at that moment too.

Set up your brand

1. In the room, open the Brand panel.
2. Add your logo, text colour, font, and background colour or picture.
3. Add a watermark if you want one.
4. Add an intro video or an outro video from your media library.
5. Save the look as a Brand Kit. You can keep several kits and switch between them.

Lower thirds (name labels)

• Open the Text panel. Add a name and title. They show on screen and in the final video.

Good to know

• Your brand settings are fixed when you press Record. A later change does not alter an old recording.
• If an intro or outro fails to join, you still get the plain recording.
