How a placement runs in your content

Placements & rates2 min read

Once you approve a placement, ClipAd stitches the brand's ad into your clip and renders one finished video — ready for you to post. You decide where the ad goes; ClipAd handles the production.

ClipAd renders the clip

When you place a brand's approved ad on a ready clip, you pick a slot — pre-roll, mid-roll, or post-roll — and ClipAd normalizes your clip and the ad to one clean format, joins them at that slot with a smooth fade, and checks the result plays correctly. The combined video is a real file, not a note to run something by hand. The step-by-step is in How to place a brand's ad on your clip.

It lands in Outputs

Each finished video appears on your Outputs page, where its status moves through stitching and rendering to rendered. From there you can preview, download, or share it — see How to find and download your rendered clips.

You earn the flat fee

Your fee — your 70% share, set by your view tier — is committed when a brand brings you onto a campaign, and is released once the published work is verified. You stay in control the whole way: nothing is rendered or runs without your approval. The full path is in What happens after you accept a placement.
