How to verify a clip and track your campaign

How-to guides2 min read

After a creator publishes their clip, you confirm the work and keep an eye on your spend. Here is how.

Verify a published clip

  1. Open Analytics in the brand portal (or your campaign) to see each creator's progress.
  2. When a clip is published, click Verify to confirm it, or Changes to ask the creator for a revision.

Your verification is a signal of approval; ClipAd runs a final confirmation that settles the creator's earning from the views the clip delivered. You do not have to chase it — the flow resolves on its own once the published clip checks out.

Track your campaign

  • Who is on board — the creators you have accepted and their tiers.
  • Where each clip stands — from accepted through rendered, published, and verified.
  • Spend against budget — each placement's settled cost (GH₵85 per 1,000 views delivered) tallied against your funded total, so you always know what is left.

Manage a live campaign

From your Campaigns list you can Pause or Resume a campaign, Edit it, mark it Complete, or Cancel & refund to return any unspent budget. Each placement bills on the views it actually delivers (for published posts on a connected, ownership-confirmed account), capped at the creator's tier ceiling — so you pay for delivery, up to a known cost per creator. Deeper impression analytics and A/B reporting are still on the roadmap.
