Video statuses, from upload to completed

Uploads & AI clips2 min read

Each video moves through a short series of statuses. Knowing what they mean tells you exactly where a project is and what to do next.

The four statuses

  • Uploaded — your file has transferred. Open the video's menu and click Detect clips to start AI detection.
  • Processing — AI is reading the video and scoring segments. This runs on its own once you start it, and is usually quick.
  • Segmented — detection is done and your proposed clips are ready. Head to Segments to review them.
  • Completed — you've finished reviewing the video and its clips are approved and ready to feature as inventory brands can book.

Where to act

The status tells you the next move: start detection from uploaded, wait during processing, review during segmented, and your approved clips are ready for brands once work is completed. If a video is stuck in processing, see Why is my video still processing?.
