Most videos move through processing quickly, but a few take longer. Here's what affects it and what to do if one seems stuck.
What slows processing down
- Length and size — a long, high-bitrate file simply takes more time to analyze.
- Unusual encoding — an uncommon codec or container can slow the engine down. MP4/H.264 is the safe choice.
- Queue volume — at busy times your video may wait briefly behind others.
What to try
- Give it time — long videos can take a while; the status updates on its own when it's done.
- Refresh the Videos page to pull the latest status.
- If it's still stuck well past what feels reasonable, re-export as MP4/H.264 at 1080p and upload again.
If a re-upload doesn't help, contact support with the video name and roughly when you uploaded it, and we'll look into it.
