If something looks wrong — a piece of content, someone's conduct, a campaign, or a charge — you can report it. Reports go to our review team and are handled against our policies and local law.

Report content or conduct

Anyone on ClipAd can report content, conduct, or a campaign that looks wrong. Depending on what we find, we may remove content, restrict advertising, issue a strike, or suspend an account. Serious violations — illegal content, fraud, or harm — can lead to immediate removal and permanent suspension.

Dispute a placement or charge

When a creator and brand disagree about a placement, a deliverable, or a charge, the pre-funded budget gives us room to resolve it fairly. Either side can open a dispute from their dashboard or via our contact page. Funds stay protected while we review the facts, then we release, credit, or refund as warranted.

Fair and reviewable
