Book a placement and get it approved

For brands: campaigns2 min read

Booking a placement proposes your campaign to a specific creator. The creator approves it before anything runs — that approval step is what keeps the marketplace trusted on both sides.

Book a placement

  1. Choose a creator you've matched with — one who's accepted a collab or your campaign.
  2. Set out what you'd like them to feature, drawing on your campaign brief.
  3. Propose the placement at the creator's flat, tier-based price.
  4. The creator reviews it in their inbox and approves or declines.

What approval means

Once a creator approves, your campaign runs in their content for the placement. If they decline, nothing runs and you're free to work with another creator — a decline simply means it wasn't the right fit for that audience.

Improve approval rates

Propose placements that genuinely match the creator's audience, and keep your brief tight and clear. Respecting the creator's audience is the fastest way to get to "yes." After approval, follow it in Track your campaign and placements.
