Pay for delivery
Every placement (one creator running your ad for the campaign) is billed on the views it delivers, at the rate agreed for your campaign. You pre-fund the campaign, so your spend is bounded and predictable.
How a placement bills
When you accept a creator, the placement's ceiling is reserved from your budget. The placement then settles from the views it actually delivers on a published, ownership-confirmed post, and any of the reservation the views don't use is refunded — so you pay for real delivery, never more than the ceiling.
Pre-fund your budget
Campaigns are pre-funded, and reservations and settled costs come out of that budget. You never pay beyond what you've allocated.
